Rotater is a Macintosh app
that reads a set of vector coordinates and plots them as 3-dimensional points and lines in a window. The image can then be rotated with the mouse in real time.

These are some of the 200 Rotater files I've made.

3D Objects
RayDream and others that export a .DXF file can be converted.

Included is a FileMaker Pro database that allows you to import PDB files or any Vector file (with a little twinkling - instructions included) and output a Ready-to-edit Rotater file.
If you are actually interested in molecular structures, I have built an Amino Acid database and these Before & After shots show how to rearrange the vectors.

My MathoGraphic folder
Contains lots of graphed equations most are realy nice.
Made with 3D Parametric Equations-stak
My Bad Equations folder
Contains equations that represent graphical desasters. these are not so pretty.
